As CEO of Axis for Autism, Christine Ehrich has set out to slash the exorbitant wait times for Arizona families seeking an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnosis and provide the necessary Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to thrive. Under her leadership, Axis for Autism uses groundbreaking technology and an esteemed network of psychologists to provide families with the answers they need and deserve.

Christine’s efforts to innovate and disrupt an overburdened care system earned her recognition as one of the Az Business’ Top Business Leaders to Watch in 2023, as well as Mercy Care’s RISE Award Winner for Innovation. With a son whose health issues required multiple surgeries, Christine understands the stress a complicated diagnosis puts on individuals and families. Knowing the difference early intervention makes, she works with Medicaid and commercial insurance plans to make evaluations available with little to no out-of-pocket cost. She is committed to health equity, inclusion and a patient-first philosophy.  

Christine leverages the skills and relationships she honed over 20+ years at the helm of Industrial Solutions Network, where she revolutionized how injured workers in Arizona receive the therapy they need and grew the company to 600 clinics in three states.  

Christine is a visionary who developed a network of outpatient therapy providers dedicated to meeting the needs of employers including major hospital systems, municipalities and government entities as well as the injured worker. Now, she has amassed a network of specialized psychologists to deliver gold-standard ASD evaluations. As a result, patients receiving life-changing autism intervention and therapies faster.

Christine’s leadership and entrepreneurial success have previously garnered her the Innovator of the Year Award from the Arizona Million Dollar Club, as well as recognition from the Phoenix Business Journal as a Top 25 Dynamic Women in Business.

A graduate of the University of Dayton with a degree in communications and management, Christine served in marketing and sales roles for HEALTHSOUTH and NeuroCare before founding Industrial Solutions Network.
