Eunice brings over 15 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Throughout her career, she has held a wide range of clinical and leadership roles, including Behavior Therapist, Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Director, and Area Operations Director. Her diverse experience has shaped a well-rounded perspective that balances high clinical quality with strong operational viability, ensuring sustainable and impactful services.
Eunice earned her Master of Arts in Exceptional Student Education, with a cognate in Applied Behavior Analysis, from the University of West Florida, and her Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences from the University of the Philippines. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Arizona.
Throughout her career, Eunice has provided direct treatment to individuals from toddlerhood through adulthood across home, school, clinic, and community settings. She is deeply committed to delivering culturally responsive care, informed by her multicultural background—having been born and raised in the Philippines, studying in Saudi Arabia, and later building her professional career in the United States.
Eunice is especially passionate about mentorship and leadership development. She takes pride in guiding clinicians and leaders to reach their full potential, fostering confidence, competence, and a strong sense of purpose within her teams. Her leadership style is rooted in servant leadership—prioritizing support, empowerment, and meaningful collaboration over hierarchy.
Her dedication to children extends beyond her professional role. Eunice actively serves in her church’s children’s ministry, reflecting her genuine love for working with children and supporting their growth and well-being in all areas of life.
