Liz Welch

Liz has dedicated her career to improving the lives of individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities through compassionate, evidence-based practices. With over 25 years of experience in education and IDD services, with 15 of those years in Applied Behavior Analysis, Liz has supported individuals and families across the life span in a variety of roles. Liz has served in multiple leadership roles, supervising cross-disciplinary clinical teams and supporting excellence in clinical operations. She holds a master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis and is heavily focused on building systems that empower clinicians to deliver superior, individualized care. Outside of the office, Liz loves camping and finding unique antique shops to explore.
