Connect
Reach out by phone, fax, or our online webform. A member of our team responds within one business day to answer questions and begin scheduling.
Have your insurance card handy if you plan to use coverage. No referral is required for most evaluations.

Prepare
Complete intake paperwork at home or in person, at whatever pace works for your family.
We will ask about developmental history, current concerns, and any prior assessments. You can return forms electronically or bring them to your first visit.

Evaluate
Attend one or two in-person visits, each lasting 45–90 minutes, with a doctorate-level psychologist.
Evaluations use gold-standard tools including ADOS, along with clinical interviews and validated questionnaires matched to age and presentation.

Follow up
About two weeks after your visit, you will have a results call with the psychologist who conducted the evaluation.
This conversation walks through findings in plain language, answers your questions, and discusses what the results mean for next steps.

Report
Receive a written report with findings and, when appropriate, a diagnosis, plus clear, respectful recommendations.
The report can be shared with schools, providers, or other supports as you choose. We help you understand options without pressure.
