Megan Tadvick

VP of ABA Enablement

Megan Tadvick is a clinical and operational leader in the field of applied behavior analysis with a passion for expanding access to high-quality care for children and families. Over the past decade, she has progressed from direct clinical roles to executive leadership, giving her a deep understanding of both service delivery and the systems that support it. She has partnered closely with executive leadership to drive strategic expansion, improve access to care, and enhance organizational performance.

She has led cross-functional teams across intake, training, and clinical operations, with a focus on building scalable systems that support both client outcomes and staff development. Her experience includes overseeing clinical strategy, developing performance metrics, and implementing training programs that elevate clinical competency and consistency across teams. She has built and mentored high-performing leadership teams, strengthened stakeholder relationships, and led initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and community impact.

She is especially passionate about expanding access to autism services, developing strong clinical leaders, creating systems that balance quality care with operational excellence, and collaborating with community partners to better serve families.

In addition to her organizational leadership, she has contributed to the broader ABA community through board service, helping shape policy, governance, and strategic direction for professional organizations. She brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to leadership and is driven by the opportunity to make meaningful, lasting improvements in how care is delivered.
